Ann Miller's practice now focuses on counseling and dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration and mediation) for foreign and domestic clients, particularly in the hospitality/cruise, educational and maritime industries, in a broad variety of matters.  She works with both non profit and for profit clients.

Her hospitality practice, which has focused mainly on the cruise industry, includes general representation, such as preparation of a wide variety of agreements used in the industry, including employment agreements, vendor and concessionaire agreements on board and ashore, travel agent agreements, event agreements, and the broad range of agreements specifically applicable to the cruise industry, some of which also have application shoreside. Ms. Miller has also litigated a variety of matters for various members of the cruise industry, including casualty, employment, shipyard disputes and general commercial matters. She has represented almost all of the major cruise lines as well as numerous hotels. Ms. Miller is a trained mediator and arbitrator.

Ms. Miller has written and spoken widely on topics involving issues with respect to leadership, law firm practice management, hospitality, cruise, maritime, insurance law and dispute resolution.
