Ann Miller's practice includes counseling and dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration and mediation) for foreign and domestic clients, particularly in the hospitality/cruise, maritime and insurance industries, in a variety of matters, such as general commercial, employment, technology and risk management.

Her hospitality practice, which has focused mainly on the cruise industry, includes general representation, such as preparation of a wide variety of agreements used in the industry, including employment agreements, vendor and concessionaire agreements on board and ashore, travel agent agreements, event agreements, and the broad range of agreements specifically applicable to the cruise industry, some of which also have application shoreside. Ms. Miller has also litigated a variety of matters for various members of the cruise industry, including casualty, employment, shipyard disputes and general commercial matters. She has represented almost all of the major cruise lines as well as numerous hotels. Ms. Miller is a trained mediator and arbitrator.

Ms. Miller is also a member of the Firm's Policy Committee and Leader of the International Team. She has written and spoken widely on topics involving issues with respect to hospitality, cruise, maritime, insurance law and dispute resolution.
