Elaine Deutsch

Elaine Deutsch is the Vice President, Sales, TradeWeb and is a member of the audit committee, the enrollment & communications committee, and the governance and nominating committee.


elaine.gifElaine began working for Credit Suisse, First Boston in 1977 as a sales assistant in Fixed Income Sales after relocating to California from Virginia in 1974. She retired from Credit Suisse in 2001 as vice president of Fixed Income Sales. In January 2002 she joined TradeWeb where she is director of account management for the West Coast territory. Her daughter, Hannah attends University of Wisconsin, Madison and hopes to sail on the fall 2011 Semester At Sea Voyage.

Elaine has remained active within the SAS Alumni Family serving as a chapter rep, recruiter, alumni development committee member and now, a member of Board of Trustees. She is the proud recipient of the Alumni of the Year award, 2002-03. Elaine first sailed with Semester at Sea on the fall 1971 voyage while a student at Bloomfield College and sailed again in 1974 as an RD after graduation.
