Ira Tochner

Ira is a partner with The Yucaipa Companies, a Los Angeles-based investment firm that specializes in investing and operating retail, logistics and distributions companies. Ira currently serves as a director on several boards, including Americold Realty Trust, Allied Holdings, Inc. and Simon Worldwide, Inc.. He has previously served as a director on the boards of Pathmark Stores, Inc. and Dominick's Supermarkets, Inc.

Ira graduated from the University of Southern California, and is a Semester at Sea alumnus who sailed in Spring 1981. He lives in Hidden Hills, California with his wife Mary and three children.
