Request a Transcript

Students who sailed on voyages academically sponsored by University of Pittsburgh (up to and including the spring 2006 voyage) must work with the Office of the Registrar at Pitt to request a transcript. Several options are in place to request academic records:

1. Fax the Office of the Registrar directly at (412) 624-9782, making sure to include full name (as used on the voyage), social security number, dates of voyage, and the address to which the transcript should be sent. You must sign this document before faxing.
2. Request the transcript by regular mail by filling out this form and by sending it to:
   Office of the Registrar
   University of Pittsburgh
   G-1 & G-3 Thackeray Hall
   Pittsburgh, PA 15260
3. Request the transcript in person by visiting G-3 Thackeray Hall. Photo identification is required.

Students who sailed on voyages beginning with the summer 2006 voyage must request transcripts directly from University of Virginia's Office of the Registrar (UREG). All requests are made online. Unofficial transcripts are also available.
