- To apply for a faculty or staff position, please create an application online at People Admin.
- Once you have created your application you will be able to log back in any time to update your information. If you have forgotten your password simply click on I forgot my password. The system will ask you the security question you set up previously and if you answer correctly the system will automatically reset your password to be the same as your user name.
- Your application will remain active in the system for five years. From then on you will simply need to link your application to individual postings for each voyage. If you do not see a particular job posting (by clicking on "search postings") for a particular voyage it means that the position has been filled. Currently staff postings are available through Summer 2009; faculty postings are available through Fall 2010.
- If you have applied for a posting and have not heard back from us, it means that you are still in the active pool of applicants and the position has not been filled.
- If you are a finalist, you will receive a phone call from the Executive Dean of that voyage for a phone interview. If you were not selected for a job posting, you will get email notification that the position has been filled.
- Should you wish to apply for future voyages, please log onto the system and click on "search postings". Once you have found a position you wish to apply for, please click on "apply to this posting". At that point you will get the chance to attach a resume or CV and cover letter if you wish to do so (not required for staff positions).
