Wade Lancaster is a retired Professor of Marketing. His last teaching position was with Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Over his career he has taught a broad variety of marketing courses at both public and private institutions, including five years in Saudi Arabia. His favorite course, the one he finds most enjoyable is Services Marketing. Professor Lancaster earned the BBA in Marketing at Kent State University, the MBA in Management and Marketing from Texas Christian University, and the PhD in Marketing, Management, and Public Health from the University of Oklahoma. An early pioneer in the field of health care marketing, many of his publications have focused on that specialized area of services marketing, in which he brings to the classroom a variety of practical hands-on experiences. No stranger to the world of travel, Dr. Lancaster has had the opportunity to visit over 50 countries, as well as living in Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong.
