We are happy to provide you with the following materials. After reviewing the material descriptions, you may complete the form and submit your request. Requests are viewed on a daily basis Monday-Friday and are fulfilled within one week of receipt.

Student Brochures – Each brochure includes general program information, including upcoming itineraries, example courses, information on program costs, financial aid, international field programs, and more.

Academic Profile – A reference booklet designed specifically for study abroad professionals, faculty and staff outlining the academic program of Semester at Sea. The Academic Profile provides insight into the relationship between the Institute for Shipboard Education and the University of Virginia, as well as information on global education, comparative and thematic studies, itinerary strategies and more. It also includes information about faculty and staff opportunities for those at your institution who may be interested in the Semester at Sea experience.

Promotional DVD – Each DVD contains both a 3-minute and an 18-minute video presentation of Semester at Sea.

Display Poster – A 9x12" poster with tear-off inquiry cards; designed to be placed in areas where there is high student traffic. The tear-off card can be used to request a student brochure.
