Institute for Shipboard Education Launches Student Affairs at Sea Program

Semester at Sea offers a unique shipboard living/learning community where students, faculty, staff, and lifelong learners immerse themselves in the quest for multi-cultural understanding and global awareness. Starting with the Summer 2010 voyage, Student Affairs graduate students will have the opportunity to explore firsthand the area of student affairs in the contexts of higher education, undergraduate study abroad, and shipboard education while earning transferable graduate credits from the University of Virginia, through the launch of a new Student Affairs at Sea program.
