As the Mom of a current voyager, I really enjoyed listening to David Coleman’s Forum on Global Engagement. I had the opportunity, as a pulmonary doc, to care for Leonard Woodcock to the time of his death. Serving as my personal history mentor, he recounted the years of several presidents and their impact on an evolving US relationship with China. Leonard presented me with a copy of Patrick Tyler’s book, A Great Wall, and the pages echoed his words. It was exciting to listen to the tapes as presented by Professor Coleman. Thank you.

Fascinating presentation and very helpful in understanding the limits to the information presidents often have as they are making important decisions.
