SP20: Final Fall 2019 grades due

December 18 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

All confirmed students are required to submit an updated unofficial transcript showing final Fall 2019 grades prior to voyage embarkation.  Prior to the due date “Updated Transcripts” will appear in MyVoyage as a required item.

Acceptable formats for your updated transcript:

  • Unofficial transcript
  • Screenshot of your Spring 2019 grades and cumulative GPA
  • Electronic Transcript
  • Files saved as PDF is the preferred format.

Do not send your transcript until all your Fall 2019 grades have been posted. Please email all updated transcripts to admission@semesteratsea.org with the subject “Updated Transcript.” Updated Transcripts must be received by our office no later than December 18, 2019
