Dependent Children Coordinator

Adam Mayer

In May 2017, Adam completed his first year as a Residence Hall Director at Western Kentucky University. Adam is now working as a camp staff member at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Worcester, MA for the fourth straight summer. In his four years as a staff member, Adam has found his passion for working with children of all ages.

Adam is currently working towards a M.A. in Organizational Leadership at Western Kentucky University. Prior to beginning work on his Master’s Degree, Adam obtained a B.S. in Economics from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. As a student at Roger Williams University, Adam was heavily involved in student organizations such as the Inter-Residence Hall Association and the National Residence Hall Honorary. As a student leader, Adam frequently traveled the United States to attend regional and national conferences. Adam also worked as a Head Resident Assistant for two years and as a Resident Assistant for a year at Roger Williams University.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing disc golf, and doing general carpentry. Adam is incredibly excited for the Spring 2018 Voyage, and is looking forward to working as the Dependent Children Coordinator.
