A licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania, Anna Beth has been working with college students since 1980. Her professional interests include mindfulness, positive psychology and the promotion of flourishing, as well as working with students who experience a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns.
Dr. Payne received her doctorate from the University of Maryland, and her Masters and Bachelor degrees from Duke University.
She loves to travel, and has done so in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Since her family lives in Texas, California, New Jersey, and Denmark, while she lives in Pennsylvania, loving to travel is a necessity! She started traveling early in life, first around the US, and then moving to Venezuela when she was 5. Trying new foods and baking bread are favorite activities. Since her last voyage she has devoted time to becoming a quilter. She is traveling with her husband, John Kador, and left behind their bichon frise, Finley.
