Greg Seib is a freelance writer who holds an MFA in Fiction from the University of Virginia, where he taught Fiction Writing and was a Poe-Faulkner Fellow. He also holds an MA in English and Creative Writing from Concordia University in Montréal, where he assisted teaching Literary Theory and Canadian Literature, and was awarded the David McKeen Prize for his fiction. His poems and book reviews have been published in Canadian and American literary journals. An avid traveler, he has visited two dozen countries worldwide, lived in Canada, the US and Japan, and has worked as Programs Coordinator for the Summer Literary Seminars in St. Petersburg, Russia. He assisted teaching on the MV Explorer as it traveled around the world in the spring of 2012, and he’s looking forward to making new friends and reconnecting with ones he made in ports along his last voyage.
