Hoang Cong Thuy is presently the Executive Member of the Vietnam-USA Society, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO). Prior to this position, Mr. Thuy as served as the Ambassador of Vietnam to Panama, covering Costa Rica. He received his MA degree from the Canberra University in Australia.
