Jonathan Kroll is an educator, entrepreneur, and interfaith minister. In all three capacities, he focuses on leadership development, community building, and reflection initiatives. Jonathan has served as an educator at Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, PA) and Emerson College (Boston, MA). He is also a cofounder of iBELIEVE (www.GOiBELIEVE.com), a social enterprise dedicated to helping Gen Y realize the power and importance of belief – believing in ourselves and believing in our goals. iBELIEVE enthusiastically embraces the notion that we are all capable of achieving amazing personal success, thriving, and creating lasting, positive change in our local and global communities. To do so, we need to become aware of and then shift our limiting mental frame into an empowering one. (More on this during the Fall 2012 Voyage!) Jonathan has studied at Quinnipiac University (Hamden, CT) – BA in Political Science, Miami University (Oxford, OH) – MS in University Administration, and Fielding Graduate University (Santa Barbara, CA) – MA in Human Development and working towards a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems with a focus in Leadership). Jonathan is also developing a leadership and organization development institute in Nicaragua. He believes that with a compassion-centric leadership paradigm and model, cultures can be transformed!
