Joe Moscaritolo has recently retired (May 31) from the world of Pharmecuticals. For the past 8 years, he was the Director of Materials Management at Actavis Pharmaceuticals, which is currently the third largest generic drug company in the world. He split his time between the Carmel, NY and then the Davie, Florida locations. He earned Best in Class awards at both locations as a project leader for two different successful implementations.
Joe has a BS in Business, Marketing from Monmouth University in New Jersey, and is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). And, although he has spent 40 years in the corporate world, he has been married to a Student Affairs professional (days, nights, and weekends) for the past 9 years. He has traveled extensively abroad for both business and pleasure, and has been on the MV Explorer 3 times for reunion weekends. This will be, however, his first full length voyage, for which he is very excited. Joe’s wife Lisa will be the Dean for Student Life on the spring 2015 voyage.
Joe has 2 sons, Jody who lives in Baltimore, Maryland, and Jeff who lives in Lincoln, Nebraska. In his free time, Joe loves to play softball, plays the drums, and both listen and dance to Latin music. He also loves to eat out with his wife, Lisa, which they do often.
