Author of one book, numerous articles in professional journal such as Research in African Literatures, Recherche et Developpement, Neohelicon and in edited books; former Editor-in-Chief, UFAMU (Journal of the African Activists Association) and Associate-Editor of CARAF Books; Editorial Board Member of professional journals including JALA (Journal of the African Literature Association). I also served as President of the African Literature Association.
I have presented conference papers in many international conferences including Ghana, South Africa, Guadeloupe, Morocco, and Egypt, taught in summer study abroad programs in Avignon and Lyon, France, and in Rabat, Morocco, and completed research in Senegal, Algeria, and France.
