This is her second voyage with Semester at Sea, the first working as the Assistant Dean for Student Life on the spring 2016 voyage.

Her recent dissertation research focused on investigating possible bias within university discipline systems and the rates in which students were suspended for conduct reasons. In her time outside work, Kayte loves traveling anywhere and everywhere- whether overseas or to small towns around Montana, hiking and backpacking in the mountains of Montana, reading, listening to live music, serving on 2 local non-profit boards, and singing with the Bozeman Symphony. She is incredibly excited to be working on the World Odyssey again during the 2020 fall semester!
