Textbook Co-Coordinator

Kelly Budday

Kelly is originally from the Seattle area, where she obtained her BA in Anthropology at the University of Washington in 2004.  Upon graduating she began working as a Data Entry Clerk at the University of Washington Bookstore.  In late 2005, she was hired on by Semester at Sea as the Textbook Coordinator for the Spring 2006 voyage.  While working aboard the MV Explorer, she met her wonderful future husband, Jason.  She has since relocated to North Carolina, enjoying the abundant sunshine, friendly people and delicious southern foods.  In May of 2012 she graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Radiography and is a registered Radiologic Technologist.  In her free time, she likes to travel, try new recipes, and walk her dog.  She is looking forward to working with students, staff, and faculty again as a Textbook Coordinator for the Spring 2013 voyage.  She can’t believe she has another opportunity to travel around the world and is excited to make new friends on this amazing adventure!
