Kiley Miller works at Colorado State University in the English Department as a composition instructor for both mainstream and international sections.
Kiley completed her bachelor’s degrees in English and French at Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne (IPFW). She finished her degrees while studying abroad for two semesters, one in Australia and one in France, where she honed her language skills, made friends across the globe, and found her passion for more immersive, long-term traveling experiences. With her Master’s from CSU in Teaching English as a Foreign/Second Language, she looks forward to putting a few more miles on her soul and continuing to learn from and work with other people and cultures with Semester at Sea.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, she arrived in Colorado for her Master’s and fell in love with the mountains, sunshine, and pups who bask in it all with their humans. Kiley and her partner, Will, live in Fort Collins with their dog, Obi Wan Kenobi, where they explore all the mountains, breweries, and bookshops they can find.
