Linda Scott
Linda Scott is a Clinical Psychologist, who recently retired from a career in college counseling. Dr Scott served as the Interim Co-Director at the Center for Counseling and Psychological Health at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She was also a Staff Psychologist, Outreach Coordinator, and Training Director. Dr. Scott is continuing to consult with, and mentor college counseling professionals.
As a therapist, she feels privileged to be a part of her clients developing narratives. Linda would say that her Junior Year Abroad in Bogota, Colombia changed her life which led her to this opportunity with Semester at Sea. A native of Massachusetts, Linda enjoys bicycling, swimming, travel, good food, and “hanging out” with friends and family. She also cannot resist a good “pun”!
She is excited to be a part of the SAS Team.
