Lindsay Sell (she/hers) currently serves as the Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at Colorado State University where she has the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders including current students, alumni, and many colleagues across the institution. Lindsay’s career in student affairs has included time working in student conduct and conflict resolution, student advancement programs, and fraternity and sorority life at several institutions. She earned a B.A. in Speech Communication and M.S. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University. She also earned a graduate certificate in Women’s Studies at CSU.
Lindsay is committed to examining the ways that social justice and inclusion interact in each of her roles and actively explores the benefits of creating a sense of belonging for students, particularly marginalized students that are frequently institutionally underserved. She actively volunteers for organizations and associations connected to her work in student affairs and fraternity and sorority advising, including AFA, AFLV, and Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity, as well as in her local community. Lindsay most enjoys adventuring with her family, including her partner Ryan and daughter Lane.
