Marianna Walsh currently works at the Colorado State University Registrar’s Office, primarily focused on supporting students, faculty, and staff in the management of student data, and campus systems. She has worked in the Registrar’s Office for over 4 years, wearing many different hats. Throughout those years, Marianna’s passion has remained constant: helping students overcome challenges and succeed in higher education.
Marianna’s journey at CSU started nearly a decade ago, beginning as an undergraduate student, and now as a Systems Analyst and graduate student in the College of Business. Her bachelor’s degree is in Human Development and Family Studies, and her graduate program, a Masters of Management Practice, has an emphasis in Multi-Modal Communication. Marianna loves the higher education environment, and the collaborative community spirit that exists at CSU, and the greater Fort Collins community.
Marianna tries to seize every opportunity for adventure she can, whether that is a hike in the rainforests of Puerto Rico, or a spontaneous road trip to cheer on her CSU Rams athletics. Her passion for traveling comes from a drive for learning and exploring different cultures, with her husband, Adam (also a CSU alum). Although, no matter how far Marianna travels, she and Adam always consider themselves fortunate to call the beautiful Colorado mountains home.
