Michelle Burke

Michelle graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor in Animal Sciences and a minor in Agricultural and Resource Economics.  She has been the office manager for the family rental\real estate business and construction company for the last 20 years.

In conjunction with this she has managed a family with her husband, Dwight and their three active children.  Dwight will be traveling on the Fall 2017 Voyage as the Assistant Dean of students and their two youngest boys will be joining as students.  She has volunteered within the public school system for 13 years, has volunteered numerous years with her church, and is currently volunteering with the organization, HABIC (Human Animal Bond in Colorado).  Michelle and her dog, Bentley work with youth offenders within a correctional facility and within various settings such as outreach programs during the holidays and at the local college campuses for events such as “de-stress” during finals week.

Michelle enjoys outdoor adventures with family and friends such as hiking, backpacking, and kayaking, and experiencing new locations and cultures. Michelle is excited to travel and form new relationships.
