Morgan Murray

Morgan joins the team most recently from Jacksonville, FL, where she has served as an Assistant Director at the University of North Florida since June 2011. Morgan was born and raised in Washington, DC. She did her undergraduate work in Communications at The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!), and did her graduate work in Higher Education Administration at North Carolina State University (Go Pack!). After graduating, Morgan worked for two years as a Hall Director at Georgia Southern University, and then spent three years working in Housing and Residential Education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before receiving her current position at UNF. Morgan is passionate about working with student leadership, service learning, staff recruitment, and social justice.

When not working, Morgan enjoys dragon boating, visiting family and friends around the country, and is a big movie, TV, and music buff. She is excited to have the opportunity to explore the world, learn, and grow with the students, faculty, and staff of the Spring 2015 voyage.
