Olivia Reinauer is Social Sciences Librarian at the University of Richmond in Virginia. In her current position, she answers reference questions relating to a variety of disciplines, but she specializes in providing library research instruction and consultation in the areas of psychology, sociology, anthropology, and education. She enjoys working with undergraduate students, and serves as founder and co-chair of the library’s student advisory committee. She also teaches courses in the university’s School of Professional and Continuing Studies. Olivia obtained both her Bachelor of Liberal Arts and her M.S. in Information Studies at the University of Texas in Austin. She has always had an interest in global and cultural studies, and has visited parts of Europe and Central America, but this will be her first time sailing on a Semester at Sea voyage. She looks forward to practicing her librarian skills in a new and “unique” environment!
