Scott Marshall is Vice Provost for Academic and Fiscal Planning and a Professor of Management at the Portland State University. He joined Portland State University in December 1999 as an Assistant Professor of Management. Over the past 15 years, he has taught a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses, with particular interests in international business, sustainability and social entrepreneurship. Scott has also been fortunate to lead a number of study abroad trips, including three week trips to Asia and two week trips to the Middle East, and teach short courses overseas, including courses in Cambodia, Nepal, Serbia and Thailand.
Scott has also served in a variety of leadership roles. These roles included Academic Director of the Master of International Management
program, Director of the Center for Global Leadership in Sustainability, Associate Dean for Graduate Business Programs, Interim Dean of the School of Business. Since March 2015 he has served as the Interim Dean of the School of Business.
