Resident Director

Remy Ball

Originally from Newtown, CT, Remy Ball relocated to Boston, MA in 2014 to take on the role as Resident Director at Boston College. Over the past four years, Remy has dedicated much time to supporting the Boston College community through the RD position. Remy developed a passion for international travel after sailing with Semester at Sea as a student in 2008. For the last three years, Remy has been a member of the International Education Week Committee whose primary goal is to educate and raise awareness of the world’s cultures and affirm the importance of international education in the Boston College community. Remy holds an Bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.  and a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT.
Apart from Student Affairs, Remy is a Promise Presenter for Sandy Hook Promise, a non-profit organization grown out of her hometown of Newtown, Connecticut. Remy also teaches painting classes at a family owned and operated studio in Boston, MA. During her time in undergrad, Remy was a student-athlete all four years, running cross-country and track & field. She is looking forward to connecting with students to assist with the transition to a floating campus and going for a run in each new city!
