She specializes in depression, anxiety, SPMI, and identity work. Renee considers herself a cognitive behavioral therapist and has intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure, and Ritual Prevention (EXRP).
Outside of work, Renee loves to boogie to a variety of music, adventure in the mountains, kayak in the water, create art, and play with her pups. She looks forward to the voyage and meeting all of you!
This will be Renee’s first time at sea!
