Sarah Olson is currently serving as an Area Coordinator of the Focused (Living-Learning Communities) at the University of Virginia. Sarah received her B.A. in History from Gonzaga University and her M.A. in Organization and Leadership emphasizing Higher Education from the University of San Francisco. Sarah started her Student Affairs journey as a Resident Advisor at Gonzaga University and then worked as an Assistant Hall Director at the University of San Francisco before relocating to Charlottesville, VA to begin her UVA experience.
Sarah first began her international travel experience by studying abroad in Bolivia as a Rotary Youth Exchange Student her senior year of high school. She studied abroad again her junior year of college in Florence, Italy for the academic year and has continued to travel as often as possible. Sarah is greatly looking forward to joining the SAS team for the 50th anniversary voyage.
