Susan Müller is a post-doctoral researcher at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Dr. Müller received her bachelor degree in business and computer sciences from the University of Cooperative Education in Karlsruhe and her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Between 2001 and 2007 she worked as abusiness consultant with a focus on marketing and organization in Germany. Afterwards she was working at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) where she finished her dissertation about entrepreneurship education. Between 2012 and fall 2014 she was working at the World Vision Center for Social Innovation at EBS Business School where she was leading a research project on socialinnovation. She returned to the University of St. Gallen in September 2014.
In her post-doctoral studies she focuses on social entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, and business models. Her research was published in highly-ranked academic journals such asEntrepreneurship Theory and Practice, International Small Business Journal, or Journal of Small Business Management. In 2012 she received the award “Upcoming Scholar of the Year 2012” of EBS Business School.
