International Management Civitavecchia

During International Management’s field lab in Civitavecchia we will visit a small solar panel manufacturer and nearby tourist-oriented farming operation to learn about the opportunities and challenges these two widely different companies encounter as they attempt to manage their international operations.

 Academic objectives:

  1. To critically assess the developments, advantages, and disadvantages of globalization across a wide range of industries
  2. To understand the global business environment and its impact on strategic and operational decisions
  3. Recognize the role of technology plays in international management
