The adventure begins by traveling to Fes, with stops along the route in Volubilis and Meknes. The city of Volubilis is a UNESCO World Heritage site and home to the largest and most well preserved Roman ruins in Morocco. Stop for lunch in Meknes, home to the monumental Bab Mansour gateway, considered one of the finest of the great gates of Morocco. Finally, make your way to Fes for dinner and overnight at a local hotel.

On the second day, step back in time and explore Fes, entering the medieval city through the monumental door – Bab Bou Jeloud. Take in a world of the past where artisans work with original methods and tools, women cook the bread in the public oven, and donkeys are plentiful. After lunch, continue on to the Medina including the souk Attarine (spices), the souk Nejarine (carpenters), Place Seffarine (blacksmiths), and the dyers’ souk, where skeins of silk are hung to dry in the sun.

On day three, drive to Chaouen and explore this blue-washed town. Explore the cobbled main square, Plaza Uta el-Hammam, and have some free time to explore on your own. The Mosque and its nearby buildings were built by Jewish refugees, who alongside Muslims, escaped the Spanish persecution to Chaouen.

On the last day, there is time for one more stop in Rabat. Have lunch and take in a panoramic tour of the city before returning to Casablanca to board the ship.
