Meet leading Ghanaian chefs and learn the secrets of Ghanaian cooking. Learn about the use of local spices, vegetables, and other seasoning that give local dishes their uniquely Ghanaian taste.

This tour is designed for the curious food lover who is ready to explore new flavors, smells, textures and spices. The tour will enable you to indulge your taste buds while immersing yourself in Ghanaian and West African culture. As part of the experience, your Chef/Culinary instructor will lead you on an exploration of a typical West African food market and teach you to bargain for ingredients in a Ghanaian fashion. After this, return to your chef’s kitchen and together cook a delicious Ghanaian meal, which you’ll enjoy for lunch before departing back to the ship.
