This virtual event will consist of a Zoom webinar intended to transport us back to the shipboard union for the opportunity to listen in on a short presentation and then discuss the topic or our Semester at Sea experiences in general in smaller online discussion rooms afterwards.

Liz will share her experiences and advice for finding inspiration through walking. Motivational decision-making activities and life-prompting questions will be discussed. This event will be relevant for anyone struggling with day-to-day issues, tackling a challenge at home or work, figuring out what's next, or seeking a creative breakthrough.

Liz Mohler, M.S., PCC is a sought-after Executive/Career and Life Coach. She is a keynote speaker and serves on multiple boards including the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Coaches Federation, Meeting Professionals International, and the National Speakers Association. She is a CORE Guide Facilitator and Executive Coach for Chief, a private network that connects and supports women in senior leadership positions across diverse industries.

Originally from Madison, Wisconsin Liz received her bachelor’s degree in psychology/education at University of Wisconsin, Madison, then earned her master’s from the University of Arizona. Liz is a frequent guest lecturer at USC, LMU and UCLA Business schools.

Liz has two adult sons, Nick and Nate. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband Dan, who coaches lacrosse and sales executives. Liz sailed as a Resident Director on Semester at Sea on the Fall 1991 voyage and is looking forward to engaging in this event with fellow SAS alumni.
