Last Call for Fall: Apply Today for Fall 2014 Atlantic Exploration Voyage

This fall, Semester at Sea will set sail on a 108-day global adventure to 18 cities and 15 countries including England, Russia, Poland, Germany, Belgium, France, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Senegal, Ghana, Brazil, Barbados, and Cuba for the Fall 2014 Atlantic Exploration voyage.

David W. Breneman, University of Virginia professor, economist, and Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at U.Va.’s Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy will be academic dean of the voyage. Sue Weitz, Vice President for Student Life at Gonzaga University will serve as voyage executive dean. Faculty and guest speakers include world-renowned experts in their fields.

600+ students from 250+ colleges and universities worldwide will explore the world together and make the MV Explorer their home. Complete with a student union, wireless Internet, 9,000-volume library, and many of the amenities of a land-based campus, the ship functions as both a traveling university and residential home to more than 2,000 participants each year.
