Depart on a scenic drive along the Accra plains for the beautiful village of Torgorme, located on the lower Volta River. Pay a courtesy call to the paramount chief and elders of the village amidst traditional drumming and dancing by the villagers. You will be welcomed with open arms and participate in a naming ceremony where you will receive a traditional African name. After this, you can enjoy a village tour of Torgorme, a hands-on session in pottery making, or a kente-weaving demonstration.

“Amazing experience. Being able to experience the life of a Ghanian and truly understand their culture. I didn’t feel like a tourist but truly a traveler.” – Noble N. Spring 2016 Voyager
