Overview of Course

This course introduces essential macroeconomic principles and core macroeconomic theories, with a focus on utilizing critical thinking in analyzing contemporary macroeconomic issues world-wide. Topics include GDP, unemployment, inflation, aggregate supply-aggregate demand, fiscal and monetary policies, economic growth, and business cycles. Students will actively engage in discussions and explorations on global economic issues to understand the interdependence nature of macroeconomics and its far-reaching consequences in shaping our global future.
