Overview of Course

This course introduces the strategic principles that drive public relations and advertising campaigns. We cover the strategic communication campaign process, Research, Objectives, Planning, and Evaluation, always through an ethical lens. Lectures analyze successful campaigns alongside cautionary failures, spotlighting crisis management and corporate social responsibility. Workshops guide you in crafting key messages, press kits, paid-media plans, and social-media management plans. By the end of the semester, you will develop an integrated campaign for an actual issue, bringing your knowledge together.
