The Institute for Shipboard Education is pleased to announce the completion of a long-term lease agreement for the MV World Odyssey, which will ensure the stability and sustainability of the fall and spring voyages through the next ten years, into 2027.
After two years of leasing the MV World Odyssey under a short-term contract, ISE is excited to make the World Odyssey a more permanent home. ISE President and CEO, Gary Ransdell affirms the merits of this agreement, “The MV World Odyssey is a beautiful vessel that is an ideal shipboard campus for our students. We are fortunate to have secured long-term lease agreement for a ship that supports the academic mission of Semester at Sea so well.”
