Video: Common Reading, Unique Perspectives

Students on all Semester at Sea voyages are given a reading assignment before they ever set foot on the MV Explorer. Very soon after the voyage sets sail, students, lifelong learners, faculty, and staff are divided up into small groups in which they discuss the common reading. For the summer 2011 voyage, the reading was Triumph of the City by Edward Glaeser.
